According to the frequency described in the
maintenance table, check the operation of the
differential switch of the power line on the
platform
To verify its operation:
- Connect the plug located on the base
frame to a cable connected to the
mains in compliance with current
regulations;
- Press the button shown in the figure,
checking that the differential switch
trips, opening the electrical circuit.
8.2.16 Machine sensor control.
All moving parts of the machine, except for the rotation of the platform, are monitored by sensors. Based
on the information received from these sensors, the control system adapts the operation of the machine
in relation to:
- Work diagrams;
- Speed limitation;
- Inhibition of commands.
According to the periodicity described in the maintenance table, check the operation of the various
sensors of the machine. Their operation is monitored by the control system, which detects the faults and
highlights them on the control console on the platform, as well as inhibiting the connected controls.
It is believed that once the FUNCTIONAL CHECKS described in this manual have been completed if no
malfunctions are highlighted, the sensors of the machine are efficient.
8.2.17 ANTI-COLLISION and ANTI-CRUSHING sensors control (optional).
If present, according to the frequency described in the maintenance table, checks the operation of the
ANTI-COLLISION and / or ANTI-CRUSHING system installed on the platform. The operation of the system
is described in the chapter HOW TO USE.
