ð Lower the platform to the ground.
ð The roll-off guard folds down as soon as the platform
makes contact with the ground.
ð Stow the cable-connected or Bluetooth remote control
away. Place the Smartphone to one side.
ð Release the wheelchair's brakes.
ð Push the wheelchair off the platform.
NOTE
The platform must be in a position above the cassette. The
platform can now be lowered to the retract position by
pressing the “Retract Position” button (5) on the cable-
connected remote, Bluetooth remote control or
Smartphone App.
ð Take hold of the cable-connected remote control, Blue-
tooth remote control or Smartphone wit App installed.
ð Raise the platform until it reaches its highest position.
ð Lower the platform to the retract position.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury when retracting the platform into the cas-
sette.
Fingers or
hands can be caught up or crushed when the
platform is being retracted into the cassette.
Therefore:
•
Keep a safe distance from the platform when it is being
retracted into the cassette.
• Inform other persons of the danger.
• Stop the Back-in-Box-Lift if necessary.
ð Retract the platform fully into the cassette.
The blinkers and warning signal go off as soon as the plat-
form is fully retracted.
ð Stow the cable-connected or Bluetooth remote control
away. Place the Smartphone to one side.
ð Close the door, beneath which the Back-in-Box-Lift is
installed.
