Fault
Possible Cause
Remedial Measures
The Back-in-Box-Lift
does not lift the
platform off the ground.
The cable-connected re-
mote control, Bluetooth
remote control or
Smartphone App is defec-
tive or the contactor has
tripped.
Raise and retract the platform us-
ing the emergency operating
mode (see Section 6.1, page 42
(K70 / K90) or Section 6.2,
page 48 (K90 ACTIVE)).
Have the remote control and con-
tactor checked in a specialist
workshop.
Check the Smartphone and repair
or replace it if necessary.
The Back-in-Box-Lift’s
electrical or hydraulic sys-
tem is defective.
Have the Back-in-Box-Lift
checked in a specialist workshop.
The Back-in-Box-Lift
does not lower the
platform.
The cable-connected re-
mote control, Bluetooth
remote control or
Smartphone App is defec-
tive.
Check the remote control or
Smartphone and repair or replace
it if necessary.
The lowering valve on the
hydraulic aggregate is de-
fective.
Lower the platform using the
emergency operating mode (see
Section 6.1.3, page 45 (K70 / K90)
or Section 6.2.2, page 49 (K90
ACTIVE)).
Have the lowering valve replaced
in a specialist workshop.
The platform is in a po-
sition above the retract
position. The Back-in-
Box-Lift does not lower
the platform when the
“Retract Position” but-
ton (5) on the cable-
connected remote,
Bluetooth remote con-
trol or Smartphone App
is pressed.
K70 / K90: The end limit
switch (K90: the left-hand
end limit switch) behind the
transfer plate on the inter-
nal carriage of the Back-in-
Box-Lift does not function.
The roller plunger is
pressed in and does not
spring back.
K90 ACTIVE: The limit
switch on the carrier arm,
behind the transfer plate
does not function. The roll-
er plunger is pressed in and
does not spring back.
Pull the roller plunger out of the
limit switch by hand and move it in
and out several times. If neces-
sary, loosen the fastening nut
slightly so that the roller plunger
moves more freely.
Run to the retract position using
the "Raise" (3) and "Lower" (4)
buttons on the cable-connected
remote control, the Bluetooth re-
mote control or the Smartphone
App.
