a) Electronic adjustment of trimmed threads tails
b) Electronic adjustment of the clamp feet elevation during the lower thread and gimp trimming
- Time for the clamp feet elevation before trimming knives activation (range 0 – 10, i. e.
0 – 100 ms); initialization = 4.
- Time for the clamp feet elevation during trimming knives activation (range 0 – 10, i. e.
0 – 100 ms); initialization = 4.
When thick materials are sewn, times for the clamp feet elevation need to be adjusted so that trimming knives can
pass under the sewn material freely and trim the lower thread and the gimp (low values for thin materials, high for
thick materials).
