Autotest Failed
Auto-test failed after 3 attempts. 1. Replace generator
2. Replace sensor
3. Replace upper stack
4. Replace full stack
Use 3-Wire Power
Relay option jumper is installed, but
transmitter is powered from loop (2-wire).
1. If relays are not used, remove
jumper.
2. Re-wire transmitter in 3- or 4-
wire mode.
3. Replace upper stack
4. Replace full stack
Stack Overflow
An internal error occurred in the CPU. 1. Cycle power off and on
2. Replace upper stack
3. Replace the full stack
Factory Cal Err
An error has been detected in the factory
calibration memory.
1. Cycle power off and on
2. Replace upper stack
UNCALIBRATED
This appears on the Main Display, in place
of the gas name, when the transmitter has
not been factory calibrated, or the
calibration memory has become corrupted.
1. Cycle power off and on
2. Replace upper stack
3. Replace the full stack
Fault Alarm Test
This is not a real fault. This occurs when
the fault alarm is being tested locally, or
remotely.
