• Dispose of the packaging materials appropriately. Tear up
the plastic packaging and dispose of it in a place where
children cannot play with it. Plastic packaging left intact
may cause suocation.
• This unit does not contain any components that can be
repaired by the user. Contact an installer for any repairs.
• Before carrying out any work, make sure that the main
power supply has been locked out and tagged out.
• During installation, the standards in force at the installation
site must be complied with and the manufacturer's installa-
tion instructions followed.
• The outside unit must not be laid down during transporta-
tion. Transporting the unit laid down risks damage to the
unit due to the movement of refrigerant uid and deforma-
tion of the compressor suspension. Damage caused by
transporting the unit laid down is not covered by the war-
ranty. If necessary, the outside unit may be tilted when being
manually handled only (when passing through a doorway
or using stairs). This must be done with care, and the unit
must be immediately moved back to the vertical position.
