Warnings Installation
• The installer must position the unit in accordance with the
recommendations contained in this manual. A poorly exe-
cuted installation may result in serious damage including
refrigerant uid or water leaks, electrical shock or the risk
of re. If the unit is not installed in accordance with the
instructions contained in this manual, the manufacturer's
warranty will not be valid.
• Only qualied sta may handle, ll, drain and dispose of
refrigerant uid.
• The units are not explosion-proof and should therefore not
be installed in an explosive atmosphere.
• Take adequate measures to prevent small animals from
taking shelter inside the unit. Animals that come into contact
with electrical components may cause faults or re. Explain
to the customer the importance of keeping the area around
the unit clean.
• Install the units in a location where gas, liquid and conden-
sate drain pipes can be easily tted.
• If the unit needs to be moved, contact an installer to have it
removed and installed.
• Always use the parts supplied or specied in the manual
during installation.
• Ax the unit's electrics box cover and service panel cor-
rectly. If the unit's electrics box cover or service panel is
incorrectly axed, there is a risk of re or electrocution due
to the presence of dust, water, etc.
• The system contains refrigerant uid under high pressure.
The unit must be installed and serviced by an approved
professional in accordance with current regulations and
best industry practice (see below for French regulations):
