Warnings Installation
• Refrigerant uid may be odourless.
• Do not install or store the unit close to a heat source.
• Comply with the safety and operating rules for R32
refrigerant.
• Comply with the national gas regulations.
• Do not puncture or burn the unit.
• A are connection created inside the building must not be
reused. The are connection on the piping must be remo-
ved and a new are connection made.
• An expander can be created outside the building without
restriction.
• Do not use devices other than those recommended by
the manufacturer to speed up the defrosting process or to
clean the unit.
• Keep the unit away from ammable sources or naked
ames.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION:
A new pressure relief valve measuring ¾", with a pressure of
0.7 MPa (7 bar), and compliant with local standards in force,
must be installed in a frost-free location at the water heater
inlet.
A pressure reducer (not supplied) is required if the supply
pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa (5 bar), to be installed on the
main supply pipe.
Connect the pressure relief valve to a discharge pipe, kept in
the open air, in a frost-free environment, continuously sloping
downwards to drain o the heat-expanded water or to allow for
drainage of the water heater.
