D30 Operation
1. Operating elements on the paver finisher
1.1 Control elements on the operator’s control station
Protective roof
Simple roof
1. Gas spring
2. Lock for raising / lowering the roof
3. Lock for raise the roof / working
condition
- Raise the roof:
Release the locks(2) on both sides of the roof, push the roof forwards to its
uppermost position, and secure the locking devices (3)&(2) on both sides of the
roof.
- Lower the roof:
Release the locks(3)&(2) on both sides of the roof, pull the roof backwards to
collapse the gas springs (1), and secure the locks (2) on both sides to lock the
protective roof and keep it in folding posisition.
