Screed eccentric adjustment
Before laying operation, screed
support angle can be adjusted by
left and right (7), (8).
Procedure as follows：
- Release the lock pin (12) in the
connecting elements (9). Then
pull handle in the lock pin (12),
rotate handle (7) to make hole
(13) stagger with lock pin (12).
- Adjust lock bolt (11) to screed
desired support angle. Then
rotate handle (7) to make hole
(13) and lock pin (13) in the same
line.
Offsetting the screed
According to the actual paving
needs, screed connected with tow
arm can be adjusted or move
forward/backward. By tow arms’
adjustment and movement, space
between screed and auger can be
increased or decreased.
- Loosen 4 mounting bolts (1).
- Remove bolts and slowly move
paver finisher forward.
- Connecting position of screed and tow arms on both sides are changed. Then
reinstall and fix 4 mounting bolts (1).
If screed is set at rear position, and the paving thickness is thin, there is enough
material supply in front position of screed. Screed will be in better working position
when the paving thickness is thin.
