Screw connections
After approx. 250 hours of operation at
full load, check that all gearbox mounting
screws are firmly seated.
Improperly tightened screw may lead to
increased wear and to the destruction of
components！
- The correct tightening torque for
connecting the gearbox and chain
connecting screws (A) is 409 Nm.
- The correct tightening torque for
connecting the gearbox and drive
unit frame (B) is 409 Nm.
- The correct tightening torque for
connecting the gearbox and
hydraulic motor connecting screws
(C) is 409 Nm.
