- Secure vehicle wherever it is parked up.
- Engage the transport safeguards.
- Remove any attachments and extension parts from the paver finisher and the
screed until the basic width is attained.
- Take off all protruding or loose parts and the gas bottles of the screed heater
(see chapter E and D).
- Lower the protective roof (O):
See section entitled “Protective roof”.
- Attach lifting gear to the four attachment points (1, 2).
The maximum permissible attachment point load is 73.5 kN.
The permissible load applies in the verticle direction!
Make sure that the paver finisher remains in a horizontal position during
transportation!
