drive your vehicle

press
the
windshield wiper lever when

arms are folded away
from
the
windshield.
The windshield wipers would move back in-
to
their
original position and could damage
the
hood and windshield.

You
can
also
use
the
service position,
for
ex-
ample,
if
you
want
to
protect
the
windshield
from
icing by using a cover.

You
cannot activate
the
service position
when
the
hood
is
open.
