3.3.3 Power Supply Module
The device can be housed with up two Power Supply modules for load sharing and power
redundancy. The power source is a standard electrical outlet providing AC power.
Power surge protection, caused for example from lightning, is also supported. For more
information, see Section 5.1 on page 29.
The Power Supply module is available as a spare part. The Power Supply modules are
hot-swappable and therefore, can be replaced while the device is receiving power. For
replacing Power Supply modules, see Section 6.5 on page 55.
