Check if pairing is OK
Whether the scanner is paired can be checked in the following way.
At the universal supply module (only in the safe area):
Caution Voltage when opening the housing.
Risk of death due to electric shock!
An LED (green) on the built-in Bluetooth chip flashes every second.

Radio ranges
The digital scanner BCS 3678
ex
is equipped with a Bluetooth Class 1 radio which achieves a range
up to 100m (open air, line of sight). The actual range is affected by the presence of other radios,
shelving and wall materials, as well as the type of mount being tested. The surrounding areas are
very different and often influence the radio ranges.
