[0 ... 31] If bit n is set, then value n is valid for use in the
Source Select field. For example, if bit 0 is set, then
0 is a valid value for use in the Source Select field.
If bit 1 is set, then 1 is a valid value for use in the
Source Select field. Etc.

0: Low (non-conducting)
1: High (conducting)

[31] If the Source Select field is set to “user set”, this field
sets the state of the output:

1: High (conducting)
(Sets the state of the output before the inverter.)
