3.3.1 Linear axes (main axes) Main axis

3.3.2 Drives / Repeat accuracy
The main axes (X/Y/Z) are driven by a servo
three-phase a.c. motor.
Travel: Axis sequencing of the main and linear
axes.
The Y-axis is fitted with an immersion pipe.
The repeat accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm (+/- 0.004
inches) is based upon the centre of the gripper
mounting.

axes
Position detection:
ACOPOS servo-assisted (B&R drive
mechanism)
refer to 5.3.1"Electric motors“.
3.3.4 Maximum speeds of rotating and
auxiliary axes
The performance data apply at a minimum
operating pressure of 6 bar (87 psi).
