7.8 Maintenance catalogue
The maintenance items listed below are
recommended. It is important to observe and
adhere to the specific maintenance rules
relating to individual components and modules.
Maintenance intervals, which are based upon
machine operation, are specified in operating
hours. The number of operating hours can be
read off the UHD and the counter zeroed.
The operating hours can be estimated using the
comparison table. The maintenance intervals
assume that each of the axes was running for
40% of the total operating hours (ED 40%).
If any major deviations occur, appropriate
changes must be made. Non-operation-based
testing and maintenance procedures must be
specified as follows:
d = daily
w = weekly
m = monthly
a = annually
If testing and maintenance procedures are
necessary at longer intervals than stated, this is
indicated by a prefixed number, e.g., 6 m =
every 6 months.
