Keys Used to Program and Operate the Pump
Soft Keys
The top row of keys on the keypad are non-labeled keys with various functions, depending on
what is displayed on the screen above them.
Soft Keys Description
Arrows Press to advance cursors and/or select alternate choices.
back Press to go back to the previous screen.
bolus Press to access the Bolus setup.
cancel <label> Press to cancel indicated <label>.
clear <label> Press to erase the highlighted entry.
clear program Press to selectively clear Primary mode, Secondary mode or
both.
clr step Press to clear one step of Multi-Step Programming mode.
confirm Press to confirm prompt.
edit Press to change the flush or priming volume on the flush
setup screen.
NOTE: This feature is available for Amount/Time only.
hold Press to place the Pump in Standby mode.
info/settings Press to select additional Pump features related to alarm
settings, display settings or information view.
multi-step Press to access the Multi-Step Programming mode.
no Press to indicate a negative acknowledgement of a prompt.
options menu Press to access the User Options and Biomed Options
selection menu.
program pri/sec Press to display the Setup screen when Pump is stopped.
program secndry Press to set up a Secondary infusion.
rate change or dose change Press to change the flow rate without stopping the Pump.
reset program Press to restart the multi-step and Cyclic TPN programs to
the beginning of the program.
review Press to view the Setup screen without stopping the Pump or
when the Pump is stopped.
review PRIMARY or
review SECONDARY
Press to view values in the Setup screen.
review/edit VTBI Press to display the Setup screen and make any necessary
edits to the VTBI value when the Pump is running.
