> To enter the dealer data, tap «Dealer Data».
> To enter the name of your specialized BERNINA dealer, tap «Name».
> To enter the address of the specialized BERNINA dealer, tap «Address».
> To enter the telephone number of the specialized BERNINA dealer, tap «Phone Number».
> To enter the website or e-mail address of the specialized BERNINA dealer, tap «E-mail Address».
Saving Service data
The service data regarding the current status of the machine can be saved on a USB stick and consequently
provided to the specialized BERNINA dealer.
> Insert a USB stick which provides enough free capacity into the USB port of the machine.
> Tap «Setup Program».
> Tap «Machine Settings».
> Tap «Information».
> Tap «Service Data».
> Tap «Export the service data».
– The icon «Export the service data» is outlined in white.
> If the white frame is no longer displayed, remove the USB stick.
Display machine ID
The machine ID is required in order to generate the activation key.
Prerequisite:
• The most up-to-date firmware version is installed on the machine. See support page https://
www.bernina.com/770qeplus-support.
> Tap «Setup Program».
> Tap «Machine Settings».
