1.9 Behaviour in case of danger
* Immediately stop the machine by pushing the
EMERGENCY-OFF pushbutton, (the EMERGENCY-OFF
button is the red button on the control panel),
* Secure the main switch on the control cabinet in the
OFF position against accidental switching on by means
of a lock,
* Correct sources of danger or faults,
* Restart the machine.
1.10 Dangers caused by electrical energy
We emphasise that:
- work on the electrical connection may only be
implemented by electrical specialists,
- after work at the electrical connection the preventive
measures has to be tested.
At work on live parts a person has to be stand by the
main switch.
Thus only the machine can be immediately switched
off in an emergency.
1.11 Dangers caused by the hydraulic
- In case of problems with the hydraulics always call the
service personnel.
- Open the screw joints only in the unpressurised state.
Danger due to squirting oil.
1.12 Dangers caused by noise emission
The sound emission values (sound pressure levels) at
the workplaces are usually higher than 85 dB(A).
Therefore, always wear ear protectors when working
with the machine.
Otherwise, your hearing may become impaired.
