dirt and defects
- Guides for cleanness and
lubrication status
- electrical cables and connections
for defects or interruption
all safety installations
pneumatics:
- drain if necessary
motors, pumps, etc.
photocells, lenses, reflectors
CU-Profi complete:
- bolts and screws for tight seat
- wear and cleanness
- clean oil cooler
- check thermostat
- change hydraulic oil
- change oil filter
clean, replace if necessary
visual control
while the machine is running:
- push „EMERGENCY-OFF“
- interrupt light barrier
check noise
clean if necessary
check
(re-tighten screws, if necessary
or replace parts).
