Transport and assembly
4.7.1 Connection of the hydraulic-unit
- fill in 160 l hydraulic oil,
quality: H-LP 46 (46 cSt),
- connect hydraulik motor
4.7.2 Connection to the electrical network
- Compare the given voltage levels and other
electrical data with indicated on the machine
identification plate at the machine,
- connect right rotary field,
- replace fuses only by equivalent types.
Connecting machines with 400 Volt operating voltage:
* take out the main fuse of the mains lead,
* set the main switch on the control cabinet to „0“,
* open the door of the control cabinet,
* lead the main connection cable from down into the
control cabinet and attach the initially-wedge L1, L2,
L3, PE and N,
* examine the tensions before switching on the main
switch at the control cabinet!
L1 to PE or N: 220 - 230 V analog for L2 and L3.
L1 to L2 and L2 to L3 and L3 to L1 = 400 V.
PE to N = 0 V.
If the operating voltage of your machine deviates from
400 Volt, then an autotransformer is built in.
In this case, connect L1, L2, L3 and PE to the
transformer.
