1.15 Firefighting
Immediately switch off the main
switch in case of fire. Otherwise, fire
cannot be extinguished effectively.
Your machine is equipped with high-quality electronics.
Protect it from damage.
In case of fire use exclusively:
- CO2 extinguishers without residues (or, if not
available),
- Fire extinguishers of the A, B or C classes.
If you use other fire extinguising agents this may
result in:
- a life-threatening electric shock,
- damage to your heath due to vapours or gases.
Inform yourself:
- about what is to be considered when using these fire
extinguishers,
- where these fire extinguishers are located near the
machine.
Ensure free access to the fire extinguishers.
Fire extinguishers of the A, B or C classes leave
residues, which cannot easily be removed.
