6.2 The operator´s control on the machine
6.2.1 The operator´s control on the control cabinet
1. The main switch
The machine is ready for work, if the main switch is in
the „I“ position.
2. Illuminated push button control voltage „ON“
This button:
- must be pressed to switch-on the control
voltage,
- the button is illuminated after let go, the
machine is ready for work,
- is not longer illuminated after EMERGENCY-
OFF or another obstruction (controller not
ready for work, overload released, etc.)
- must be pressed after resetting the
EMERGENCY-OFF button. (button is
illuminated during normal operating).
3. Slot for disc drive
Programs and software can be read in and saved via
this disc drive (control desk, see separate
programming instructions).
Prior to commissioning check:
- the whole safety equipment,
- the correct connection conditions.
Perform setup work only while the machine is turned
off.
Switch off the main switch and secure it against
accidental switching on.
