7.2 Environmental Requirements
7.2.1 Transport/Storage and Operating Conditions
Local Restrictions
Store and operate systems in locations that are protected against moisture, wind, sunlight,
dust, salinity and sulfur.
Do not store systems in the close vicinity of chemical products or gas.
Do not expose systems to direct UV light.
Altitude Considerations
Unless stated otherwise, the system is rated for use at an altitude < 3000 meters.
Transport or store the system at an altitude < 6000 meters.
Adaption Time
Adaption time for use after extreme storage conditions is a minimum of one hour.
Environmental Conditions
The following environmental requirements apply for the Kick 2:
Specification Operating Conditions
Temperature 10°C (50°F) to 30°C (86°F)
Humidity 30% to 75% non-condensing
Pressure 700 hPa to 1060 hPa
Specification Transport/Storage Conditions
Temperature
-10°C (14°F) to 45°C (113°F) (for a period of time not exceeding 15
weeks)
Humidity 10% to 90% non-condensing
Pressure 500 hPa to 1060 hPa
NOTE: Transport/storage values are valid for the system when contained in the transport cases.
