In order for the adjustment of oor belts to work in the best possible way, it is recommended to calibrate the hydraulic system for the tractor that
will be operating the spreader.
Make sure that no one is near the spreader when the calibration begins!
Select “Hydraulic calibration” to go to the calibration menu.
Enter 100 % in the “Max. PWM dutycycle”.
Press the start key
The tractor’s engine must be running at operating rpm.
When the tractor’s oil outlet is opened, the oor belts will start running; set the trac-
tor’s oil ow volume so the oor belts can run at 600 rpm. Do not set a higher oil ow
volume than necessary.
> Hydraulic calibration
To determine the correct ow of oil from the tractor, a ow test of the tractor’s oil volume can be done during the hydraulic calibration to prevent
excess oil being sent to the spreader.
