Completely dismantle the three plastic bearings for the
headland gear’s shier sha.
If the headland gear is hydraulically shied, screw o the
hydraulic cylinder from the shier sha.
REPLACING V-BELTS ON SPC4500-1
The shier sha with shier fork is now clear and can
be removed.
Completely unscrew the headland gear’s belt tightener
with spring.
