Installation
2.Installsealingrings
→ Pull the form seal onto the actuator cover (smaller diameter points upwards).
→ Check that the O-rings are correctly positioned in the pilot air ports.
Whenthepositionerisbeinginstalled,thecolletsofthepilotairportsmustnotbettedtothe
actuator.

3.Installpositioner
→ Align the puck and the positioner until
1. the puck can be inserted into the guide rail of the positioner (see “Figure21”)
and
2. the connection pieces of the positioner can be inserted into the pilot air ports of the actuator (see
also “Figure22”).
ATTENTION!
