12.Ashoetensioncylinderhashighpressureinside.
Adjusttheshoetensioncarefullyaccordingtotheproceduresinthismanual.
13.Alwaysreceivepermissionfromthemanufacturerbeforeweldingontheundercarriageorupperstructureand
alwaysfollowthemanufacturer'sinstructions.Whenperformingwork,disconnectthebatteryandalternatorB+
andD+terminals,thenconnectthegroundcablefortheweldingequipmenttothecomponentbeingwelded.
Adjusttheshoetensioncarefullyaccordingtotheproceduresinthismanual.Whenweldingtheupperstructure,
neverconnecttheweldingequipmenttotheundercarriage(orvise-versa).
Neverconnecttheweldingequipmentgroundwiretoacomponentofthehydraulicsystem.
14.Whenusingcompressedair,wearprotectivegearfortheface.
15.Cleanthemachineperiodically.
Ifgrease,dirt,ordustbuildup,theycancausedamagetothemachineandinjuriestopeople.
16.Asapartofthemachineserviceplan,periodicallyinspectthefasteningstateofthemaincomponentsofthe
counterweight,turntablebearing,andoperator'scompartment.
Ifthereisanyproblem,consultyourCASECONSTRUCTIONdealer.
17.Iftheaccumulatorisnotfunctioningnormally,consultyourCASECONSTRUCTIONdealer.
Neverperformserviceontheaccumulator.
Doingsocouldcauseaseriousaccident.
18.Theaccumulatorhasnitrogengasathighpressuresealedinside.
Donotdoweldingworkoruseanopenamearoundtheaccumulator.
19.Whiletheengineisrunningandimmediatelyafteritstops,high-pressurefuelremainsinthefuelsupplypipe.
Stoptheengine,thenwaitfor2minforthepressureinthefuelsupplypipetodropbeforestartingservice.
20.Whiletheengineisrunningandimmediatelyafteritstops,thecomputerorinjectorischargedwithhighvoltage.
Donottouchthecomputerorinjector.
Ifitisnecessarytotouchthecomputerorinjectorinordertoservice,consultyourCASECONSTRUCTIONdealer.
