Hydraulicoilreplacement
1.Releaseallpressureinthehydraulicreservoir.See
"releasingpressureinthehydraulicsystem".
2.Removethereservoircoverplate.
3.Usingapump,removetheuidfromthehydraulic
reservoir.Haveacontainerwithasuitablecapacity
ready.

4.Placeareceptacleofasuitablecapacityunderthe
reservoirdrainvalve,openthereservoirdrainvalve
andallowtheremainderoftheuidtoowout.
5.Changetheinletlterandthereturnlter.See"clean-
ingandreplacementoftheinletlter"and"returnlter
replacement".
6.Closethereservoirdrainvalve.
7.Fillthereservoirwithnewhydraulicuid.See"lling
thereservoir".
8.Replacethecoverplatesealifrequiredandinstallthe
coverplateonthereservoir.
NOTE:Beforeyoustarttheengine,itisveryimportant
thatyoubleedairfromallthehydrauliccomponents.See
"bleedingairfromthehydrauliccomponents".
9.Startandruntheenginewithnoloadforapproxi-
matelyveminutes.
10.Moveeachcontrolseveraltimestoremoveanyairin
thesystem.
11.Swingtheupperstructureevenlylefttorighttwocom-
pleteturnsormore.
12.Placethemachineinpositionandthenstoptheen-
gine.
13.Checktheoillevelinthehydraulicreservoirandadd
oilasrequiredandcheckthattherearenoairbubbles
inthehydraulicreservoir.
