During welding machine operation, if the control logic supply voltage deviates from the permitted range, the operation
of the welding machine is inhibited.
For control logic power supply voltages lower than the permitted limit, the message Err. 14-1 appears on the display.
For control logic power supply voltages higher than the permitted limit, the message Err. 14-2 appears on the display.
Cooling unit, only for Item No 555 and 557.
When the cooling unit mode is set to "ON" or "AUTO", the pressure sensor cuts in inside the cooling circuit to stop the

H2O.
Pressure sensor cut-in can be caused by a lack of coolant.
12 ERROR CODES
Err Description Fix
14-1 Low IGBT drive voltage Shut off the welding machine and check the supply voltage.
If the problem continues, contact the CEBORA assistance
service.
14-2 High IGBT drive voltage Shut off the welding machine and check the supply voltage.
If the problem continues, contact the CEBORA assistance
service.
40-1 Hazardous secondary voltage Shut the welding machine off and turn it back on. If
the problem persists, contact the CEBORA Service
Department.
40-2 * For Item No 558 only
Hazardous secondary voltage
Shut the welding machine off and turn it back on. If the
problem continues, contact the CEBORA assistance
service.
In these conditions, the machine can only be used in DC
welding mode.
53 Start closed on machine start-up or
on resetting an error
Release the start button
67 Supply voltage not as per
specications or lack of a phase
(during start-up)
Check the supply voltage. If the problem continues, contact
the CEBORA assistance service.
74 Thermal cutout Wait until the power source cools
75 Insufcient pressure in the cooling
circuit
Check tank level, connection and cooling unit operation.
84-1 Quality Control (low voltage detected
in welding)
Select MENU and check the intervention voltage that has
been set.
