3 ALARM INFORMATION OVERVIEW
3.1 “001 Exchange the Battery of Computer UPS” “
The alarm message means that the battery for Controller of UPS has problem, so
check and replace the 2 batteries in the controller box.
3.2 “003 Check Split Nuts Position” “
(A) The final position of fast transverse cylinder doesn

t fall between the Max. and
Min. mold height while lock cylinder is to be activated.
(B) Remedy:
a) Check the mold thickness, it must fall between the Max. and Min. mold height.
b) Check the clamping L.S. Input 04.
3.3 “004 Error of the Gearing Position” “
(A) Misalignment of tie bar teeth and split nut's teeth after fast transverse cylinder
movement.
(B) Remedy:
a) Check the teeth alignment LS Input 17, Input 18.
b) Re-adjust the mold height.
3.4 “006 Error for the Feeding of Ejector” “
(A) Ejector backward movement didn

a) Switch to menu 05, check and modify parameters
