3.17 “028 The Motor of Pump Exceeds the Load”
(A) If the overloading protection device of oil pump motor, the message will appear.
(B) Remedy:
a) Please press the button for oil pump motor overloading device.
b) Check the overloading protection device
’
s setting and contact condition of thermal
relay.
c) Check the motor
’
s current, if the current is too high, check pump and motor.
3.18 “029 Motor Starting Is Not Normal”
When press key, the motor Y start is abnormal.
3.19 “031 Temperature of Cyclic Oil is Too Low”
(A) When the temperature of hydraulic oil is too low, the alarm will appear.
(B) Let the starting motor carries no load until the alarm disappeared.
