3.29 “046 Robotic Arm Does Not Come Back Initial Position”
(A) Intending to do mold closing/opening while interlock signal Input 35 between machine
and robot is still ON.
(B) Remedy: Check the interlock signal. (Input 35)
3.30 “047 Check the Obtained Product by Robotic Arm”
(A) When the connection signal of ejector and robot (Input 35) is

ejector stroke is completed in auto or semi-auto mode, if the pick-out signal (Input

(B) Remedy:
a) Please check whether there is product or foreign substance. If yes, please remove
foreign substance.
b) Check and adjust the robot

3.31 “048 Error for the Product Confirmed Signal”
(A) In menu 32, photocell detection BBB was set ON, but part did not fall down within
recycle time in the auto mode.
(b) Remedy:
a) Please check whether there is product or foreign substance in mold. If yes, please
remove foreign substance.
b) Switch to menu 35, check and modify recycle time BBBB.B parameter.
c) Check circuit and function of photocell.
