ip sla
Examples In the following example, operation 99 is configured as a UDP jitter operation in an IPv4 network and
scheduled to start running in 5 hours. The example shows the ip sla command being used in an IPv4
network.
Switch(config-term)# ip sla 99
Switch(config-ip-sla)# udp-jitter 172.29.139.134 dest-port 5000 num-packets 20
Switch(config-ip-sla)# ip sla schedule 99 life 300 start-time after 00:05:00
Note If operation 99 already exists and has not been scheduled, the command line interface will enter IP SLA
configuration mode for operation 99. If the operation already exists and has been scheduled, this
command will fail.
