Filtering SNMP Notifications Based on a VRF
You can configure Cisco NX-OS filter notifications based on the VRF in which the notification occurred.
Procedure

Enters global configuration mode.switch# configure terminal
Step 1
Filters notifications to the notification host
receiver based on the configured VRF. The IP
switch(config)# snmp-server host ip-address
filter-vrf vrf_name [udp_port number]
Step 2
address can be an IPv4 or IPv6 address. The
VRF name can be any alphanumeric string up
to 255 characters. The UDP port number range
is from 0 to 65535.
This command adds an entry into thc
ExtSnmpTargetVrfTable of the
CISCO-SNMP-TARGET-EXT-MB.
