General Administrative Information and
Operations
This section describes how to view system information and configure various
options on the switch.
It includes the following topics:
• System Information
• Switch Models
• Rebooting the Switch
• Monitoring the Fan Status and Temperature
• Defining Idle Session Timeout

System Information
The System Summary page provides a graphic view of the switch, and displays
switch status, hardware information, firmware version information, general Power-
over-Ethernet (PoE) status, and other items.
Displaying the System Summary
To view system information, click Status and Statistics > System Summary. The
System Summary page opens.
