Setting Up the Software
leftInputBin = Specifies the media type that is expected to be loaded in the
left input bin.
Choices are: CD, DVD.
The approximate storage capacities of the two media types
are:
• CD: 650 MB
• DVD: 4.5 GB
NOTE: Users are responsible for making sure that the actual
media type loaded in the input bin matches the choice for this
parameter.
rightInputBin = Specifies the media type that is expected to be loaded in the
right input bin.
Choices are: CD, DVD.
NOTE: Users are responsible for making sure that the actual
media type loaded in the input bin matches the choice for this
parameter.
maxStudyAge = Specifies the maximum number of days a study will be stored
in the system before being removed by the hard drive storage
recovery operation.
The value 0 indicates that this removal function not be used.
Note that recorded studies will be removed when storage
space is needed, regardless of this parameter’s setting.
fullInstall = Specifies whether a full install will be performed during a
software installation.
Choices are: True, False.
If True or blank (that is, no value is specified), all studies and
jobs will be purged during the installation process.
If False, stored studies and jobs will remain after the installation
process is compete.
