Earth fault at the VSD output. Check motor winding.
Carry out insulation test.

Short circuit at the VSD output. Check motor winding.
Carry out insulation test.
Fault VSD F064
Frequency converter (VSD) over-
load.
Check the differential pressure of
the fine separator.
Check the oil level.
Check the water content of the
oil.

Power Supply Failure
Loose terminals. Check that all connecting termi-
nals and plugs are tight; retighten
if necessary.
Emergency-stop is /has been
activated.
Unlock the emergency-stop push-
button.
Emergency-stop pushbutton
defective.
Check emergency-stop pushbut-
ton, renew if necessary.
E401:
Emergency Stop Activated
Cabling damaged. Check cabling, repair if neces-
sary.
Drive motor has been started too
frequently.
Limit number of starts/hour.
Drive motor cooling defective. Check cooling air supply, improve
if necessary.
Power consumption too high. Check, find cause.
Faulty power supply. Check, find cause.
E402:
High Motor Temp. M1
Drive motor defective. Check drive motor, replace if nec-
essary.
Compressor outlet temperature
exceeded.

Find cause.
Intake temperature too high. Check cooling air supply, improve
if necessary.
Inadequate cooling. Check cooling air or cooling
water supply, increase as neces-
sary.

Compressor Disch. Temp.
