3.6 Changing the puncher blade (optional)
The colorant spray coming from the nozzles must hit the middle of the hole in the can’s cover.
Tools required:
• 6mm Allen key
Procedure:
NOTE!: Use safety gloves!
1. Clean the blade.
2. Open little the Allen screw in the middle of the puncher blade (figure 36)
=> the blade falls down!.
BE CAREFUL!
3. Set the new blade in position so that the tips are in the centre line, see figure 37.
4. Tighten the screw very tight.
NOTE!: It is easier to clean the blade if you submerse it into water/solvent overnight.
WARNING! The punching blade may cause personal injury.
Be careful when working with the blade.
