5 ESSENTIAL ERROR CODES
Error code 8000: Photocell. No can on the can table.
Explanation:
The can on can table sensor informs, that there is no can on can table during dispensing.
Operating method:
The COROB
TM
D300 checks that the ‘can on can table’ sensor (IR sensor) is activated during
dispensing. This ensure that you do not dispense without having a can under the nozzles.
Occurrences:
A can is missing or it is placed with negligence on the can table and the sensor is not activated.
Suggested solutions:
Check that the can table is lifted high enough so that the can is positioned on sensor’s range.
Check the operation of the ‘can on can table’ sensor, see instruction on page 33.
Error code 8002: OFFLINE button pressed.
Explanation:
The OFFLINE switch is pressed down and then released in the COROB
TM
D300’s front panel.
Operating method:
When you press the COROB
TM
D300’s OFFLINE switch it interrupts machine’s functions.
Also the communication to the PC is interrupted. Only after you have released the button in
normal position the PC informs you for example about an error in PC programme.
Occurrences:
The switch is pressed to interrupt an unwanted function or during service operations to pre-
vent for example mechanical movements.
Suggested solutions:
Release the OFFLINE switch.
If the OFFLINE switch is released and the error still occurs, check condition and connections of
the switch.
Note:
When OFFLINE light is blinking it means that the switch is pressed (release when needed) or
the machine is executing Init/Reset function and driving the dispensing bar to home position.
When the OFFLINE light is unlit the machine is in Busy state and is not able for example to
communicate with the PC.
Error code 8102: E7 error
Explanation:
The COROB
TM
D300 does not accept given command, the content of the command is faulty.
Operating method:
The parameters of the command code are not logical or within allowed limits. The COROB
TM
D300 might be in Busy state when the command arrives.
Occurrences:
The error might basically occur in every function of the machine.
Suggested solutions:
Check possible parameters that are connected to this function from the programme’s configu-
ration.
Try to repeat the function.
If the error reoccurs report about the matter to those who are responsible for the maintenance
of the COROB
TM
D300.
Error code 8104: Busy error. Machine is busy.
Explanation:
The COROB
TM
