3.9.1 Removing a canister from the machine
Procedure
1. Switch off the COROB
TM
D300 and unplug the mains cable from the outlet.
2. Remove front casing, see instructions on page 15.
3. Remove the corner frame on that side where you change a canister.
4. Remove the cover:
- Turn the cover almost to the vertical position
- Pull out the hinge from the hole in the frame,
- Detach the other hinge same way.
5. Lift the back panel out of place.
6. Remove the side plate:
- Lift the side plate up so that the rear hooks arise from the holes in the frame.
- Turn the plate outwards => the front comes out from the beam’s groove.
7. Close the tap behind the pump,
8. Remove the hose from the pump:
- Place the special tool between the pump and valve
=> press backwards,
- Pull out the tap from the pump.
9. Remove the wire from the stirring motor under the
canister, see figure 65.
10. Drain colorant both from the canister and the hose to an
empty can.
11. Lift the canister up and remove it from the rack, see
figure 66.

instructions supplied with them.
