3.8 Replacing a pump
Every colorant has its own pump in the COROB
TM
D300. The pumps have NBR O-rings. The pumps
are numbered from right to left, see figure 50. You can also see the numbering of the canisters in
that same figure.
The fastening order of the hoses and also the numbering of pumps and canisters is marked on
figure 4 on page 3.
Each pump is dry tested pneumatically. The testing date is marked on a green label attached
behind the dispensing module, see figure 51. Every spare part pump has a certification label of his
own.
Tools required:
Special tool, figure 52.
Cross head screwdriver with magnetic head.
