COROB

D300
3.7 Maintenance of the hydraulic lift unit
The hydraulic lift unit is composed of a pump, hydraulic cylinder and a hose between these two. If
the pump or cylinder requires maintenance, they must both be removed at the same time.
3.7.1 Changing the hydraulic lift unit
In normal use, small amounts of oil may exit through the rod of the cylinder or pump. If a lot of oil
exits, it indicates that the seals are broken and the entire unit must be changed.
NOTE!: The filter in the breather hole of the pump is replaced with a plug during transportation.
Replace this plug with a filter before implementation.
The following instruction tells you how you can replace a leaking lift unit with a new one.
Tools required:
8 and 17 mm set wrench
4 mm Allen key
