Dielectric Grease Application
9. Dry off any condensate around the SCR screws.
10. Remove any debris or dust from the SCR
screws.
11. Spray greaseless lubricant on the SCR screws
to remove any trace of moisture.
12. Wipe off excess lube with a lint-free rag.
13. Wait for surfaces to dry completely.
14. Once they are dry, apply a coat of rust
inhibitor spray on the SCR screws.
15. Apply dielectric grease to the SCR retaining
screws.
16. Clean off excess dielectric grease.
17. Inspect all electrical connections.
18. Reinstall top covers on compressor.
19. Reconnect compressor power.
