Maintenance Menu
The Maintenance menu allows WebUser and WebAdmin access-level users to run a cleaning card
from Printer Manager. Additionally, the Maintenance menu provides the WebAdmin level with
the rights to upload updates to the printer.
Cleaning
Cleans the printer using a cleaning card. If the printer has a laminator, you also can select to clean
the laminator separately.
Clean the Printer
1. Unlock the system, if necessary.
2. Remove the supplies.
a. Open the printer access door and remove the retransfer film cartridge (C2).
b. Remove any blank card stock from the input hopper.
3. Place the cleaning card in the card input hopper. If you are cleaning a printer with a multi-
hopper, insert the cleaning card in the exception slide.
4. Select Maintenance > Cleaning.

No Upload File
If you are cleaning a printer with a multi-hopper, you do not need to remove
cards from the input hoppers.
