TroubleShooting Menu
The TroubleShooting menu for the WebAdmin access level contains settings and tools that help
you isolate card production issues. Use the TroubleShooting options to run an SSA test when
installing a magnetic stripe module, view and print the activity log, reset the log, reset counters,
and reset the printer.
SSA Test
The SSA Test calculates and stores the location of the magnetic stripe start sentinel. Use the test if
you are adding a magnetic stripe module to the printer. Insert a card with a magnetic stripe into
the printer, either in the input hopper or through the exception slot, and then click Run. The
printer performs the test and ejects the card into the reject tray.
