3. Replace the ink ribbon cartridge in the printer.
4. Continue with “Install the Retransfer Film”.
Install the Retransfer Film
The retransfer film contains the images printed with the ink ribbon. A heated roller then bonds
the film onto the card.
Do the following to load the retransfer film.
1. Place the cartridge on a flat surface with the spindles facing up.
2. Remove the roll of retransfer film from its package.
Hold the film cores and pull them up from the
package base.
3. Install the retransfer film.
a. Slide the yellow supply spool onto the
cartridge until it clicks into place. The
supply roll can go on only one way and
fits only on the correct side of the
cartridge.
