Do the following to change the job queue state:
1. Enter the current password for the printer or system.
2. Enter a new password for the printer or system.
3. Re-enter the new password for verification.
4. Select a state:
 Online—The printer performs normally.
 Suspend—Deactivates the printer, but allows for some exception jobs.
 Offline—Deactivates the printer for transportation.
5. Click Set Job Queue State to apply the changes.
To change an “Offline” printer to “Online,” you must enter the same password that
was used to set it to “Offline.”
